"Stratus" is the code name of Elliot Carter, and he is one of the members of Cloud Nine, having been recruited by The Benefactors.
He unofficially serves as the Tactician of his team.
Appearance[]
Stratus is a young adult, about average height. He has red swept back hair, as well as red orange or burnt orange eyes. He's often seen with a smile that looks snarky.
Outfit wise, Stratus looked more combat ready than his teammates. He has a white quarter-zip pullover with his sleeves pulled up to his elbows, and a dark grey tactical vest over it. He also has black jeans, and red Converse sneakers. For accessories, Stratus has a Hawaiian bracelet on his left wrist.
In terms of height, Stratus is 178 cm, or 5'10".
Personality[]
Stratus is more explosive personality-wise and more excitable than his teammates. He's also quite goofy, but not in a dumb way - he is shown to be wise or smart. He also tends to yell a lot, much to everyone's annoyance. While Stratus doesn't have anger issues per se, he is more easily angered. In short, Stratus is very emotional. Despite his emotional side, Stratus can be surprisingly logical and resourceful, being the tactician of his team.

Being part of Cloud Nine, Stratus has two unique powers.

- Cloud Manipulation
- Stratus can conjure up and manipulate clouds, as well as manipulating their precipitation.
- Cloud Object Conjuration
- Stratus can create solid objects out of clouds, such as melee weapons. However, he cannot conjurate too much.
